The second phase is a deep review of the current organisation. This will take in culture, organisation design, people process, ways of working, leadership approach, reward systems and HR capability.
The third stage involves the articulation of strategic options. The Leadership team and top HR team are then both taken thorough a rigorous, creative and engaging process to define their new people strategy. This agile and collaborative approach means that the strategy is fully understood and co-owned by the leadership team and the HR community.
The final stage is a robust implementation plan with milestones, accountabilities and timescales jointly defined and agreed.
